How it all Started
In February 2025 I started working at a fabric shop in my town to help with website & social media. It didn't take long before being around fabric all of the time made me want to get my first sewing machine! By April my husband was buying me my first sewing machine, a Brother from Wal-Mart! It's still the machine I use today. I started sharing the things I would create and someone would always mention that I should start selling. By June 2025, Dear Aria was created! Named after my soul dog who passed in April 2025, Aria.
Our Non-Negotiables
I told myself from the beginning this would be a business ran my way. I wouldn't be taking customizations or taking orders for things I didn't want to make. I didn't want sewing to become something I dread, I wanted it to remain fun! I have stuck to that this whole time. I only make what I want to make, and it if happens to be something other people want, then great!
